Lora has over 12 years of experience in customer service and joined the Avenue Vets team in September 2020. As the first friendly face clients meet, she truly thrives in her role and loves what she does. She holds an NVQ Level 3 in Customer Service and Reception, plus several other qualifications she’s earned over the years.
Lora has lived in Malvern all her life and has often taken in strays in need of a little extra care. She has a particular soft spot for older cats. At home, she lives with her son, who happily shares her love of feline companions.
